At Gourmetiva, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it if:
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✅ It is in the same condition as when you received it.
✅ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

🚫 Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us at returns@gourmetiva.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
3️⃣ Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
4️⃣ Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at returns@gourmetiva.com with photos of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Items marked as Final Sale
🚫 Used or damaged products due to improper handling

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your bank.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
