At Gourmetiva, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund process in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund if:
✅ The item is returned within 30 days of receiving it.
✅ The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

🚫 Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Used or damaged products due to improper handling.
  • Final sale items or gift cards.
  • Delayed shipments due to carrier issues (unless the package is deemed lost).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us at returns@gourmetiva.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
2️⃣ If eligible, we will provide you with a return address to send back the item.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4️⃣ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
🔹 Check your bank account again.
🔹 Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

🚫 Items marked as Final Sale
🚫 Used or damaged products due to improper handling
